Barreiras, dificuldades, e obstáculos na formação em serviço dos residentes pertencentes aos Programas de Residências Multiprofissional em Saúde no Brasil
Abstract
Introduction: Multiprofessional Residency Programs, promoted by the National Policy for Continuing Health Education, are considered standards of excellence in postgraduate health in country. However, given the fragility of the public policy scenario in Brazil focused on education and health, such programs have undergone an emptying of their training proposal. Aims: To investigate which barriers/difficulties/obstacles are observed in the world of teaching residents of Multiprofessional Health Residency Programs in Brazil, providing an overview of the work published in this area. Methods: A bibliographical review research was carried out, of an exploratory and descriptive nature, based on the search for articles published from Jan/2005 to Sep/2023 in scientific journals indexed in the following databases: Portal de Periódicos CAPES/MEC, Virtual Health Library (VHL), and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) - BR. Results: The final sample consisted of 07 articles selected in the inclusion stage. In these, barriers, difficulties and obstacles were found related to both aspects of health training (teaching) and service management (service), which ends up generating harmful consequences for assistance/service provision (community). Conclusions: The time has come to engage in praxis based on the legal and ethical prerogatives of training health workers in Brazil, so that a quality service (educational and health care) can be delivered to both students and the community.
