Gynecological education associated with technology: the chatbot “Cle”

Abstract

Intimate health and sexuality are issues that still cause embarrassment and discomfort when discussed, making the search for gynecological care below the expected. Associated with this fact, there is an increase in the digitization process, where society searches for information directly on the internet. In view of this and the current post-COVID-19 scenario, where the need to use technology was reinforced, a chatbot was developed with the objective of solving the main doubts on these matters, guaranteeing the privacy and anonymity of the general population. In this experience report, the main objectives of this project were exposed, in addition to the steps taken to produce this software and initial results.
